Mechanized Battlemarks Expansion
Mechanized Battlemarks Expansion Research is bringing Battlemarks back into play by giving them higher stats then we have seen before. With this research, we are going to see increased stats when battle marking our targets and increased stats in general.
It is important to pay attention to the descriptions in this research. We will see stats such as Battlemark Tactical Defender which provides Increased Tactical Defense and Combat shielding however, it does not say it requires that you battle mark your opponent. However, stats such as Infantry Attack vs Battlemarked target will tell you in their description that it requires that your target be battle marked for this stat to apply.
Materials Required for this Research
For this research, you will need your normal resources and speeds. However, you will also need Mechanized Battlemarks Expansion Research Chips. This research does not appear to be as speed heavy as some of our other recent researches and follows a normal progression.

Advanced T6 Research
We knew it was coming, however, here is the good thing! It looks a little different than our previous Regular T6 research. Not only does this research have killer stats it follows a progression that can work to a defenders benefit if used correctly. When you open this research tree the first three stats you will see are your Empire Defender Stats. These are not tied to each other and can be leveled all the way up without doing any of the research below. Unfortunately, for attackers and control point players this is not the case as they are dependent on each other and the levels above. Once again, Advanced T6 will be the last thing available to be opened on this tree.
Materials Required for this Research
For this research, we will again need our normal resources and speedups. In addition, we will need Advanced Combat Research Chip 3. This research is speeds heavy so be sure that you are skilled and set-up correctly for research.

Next up we are going to take a look at the stats given by this research. They are not cheap but they come with a punch.

Mechanized Blitz Combat Research
Our final research to cover today is our Mechanized Blitz Combat Research. This research is newer and while materials were present in packs the first day it was released it has been a little difficult to find them since then. This research follows a progression that is mostly normal and is split into two parts. However, it appears that to some extent you still have the ability to pick and choose what stats you will focus on first by focusing on the columns instead of the rows.
This research is unique in that it offers General combat stats however, it also offers stats for Bunker Battles, this is the first research we have seen like this and for those of you who love Bunker Battles get ready to get your research on!
Materials Required for this Research
This research is going to require Mechanized Blitz Combat Research Chips. However, here’s the good news about this research. At the early levels, we can see it does not seem to require resources or speed-ups. With so many speed-up heavy researches being present in the game currently, this is a welcome relief.
