The Foundation to Every Great Cyber Account
When building your account, no matter if you are a rally lead or a trap, it is important to have a solid foundation. This starts by having all of your Cyber stats in order. In the Mobile Strike community, we have an ample supply of information flying around. Sometimes that information, while best for one player, may not be the best for you. The key to deciphering all of this information is not only knowing the “What” but also the “WHY.” You may know that a certain stat works better for your account, but do you know WHY that it works better?
Cyber Stats to Focus on For Defending
This section will also apply to rally fillers as well. While filling rallies you want to make sure you are not burning. Plus, if you are filling for the Control Point, you don’t want to get burned either. I use the word defending rather than trapping because trapping is pretty much non-existent right now in Cyber. Some of you may think that this is all quite basic and common knowledge, but keep in mind that this article is all about the basics of stats!
- Attack – attack is used to kill more of the incoming enemy march
- Defense – This is what gives your troops the ability to take those rallies
- Health – Health keeps your troops alive longer while they are defending your city in battle
- Base Defender Attack, Defense, and Health – These stats only apply when you are BEING HIT, no matter if it’s a solo or a rally. They DO NOT apply in Control Point battles.
- Attack Debuff – Take off some of the force of your enemies’ killing ability
- Health Debuff – This will cause the enemy troops to die faster
- Type Stats – You want to help improve the health, defense, and attack of your troops and titans specifically if you are not using traps as your buffer. If you ARE using traps as a buffer, then these type stats will not be useful
- Trap Stats – only use the Trap Health Trap Attack and Trap Defense if you have a trap buffer!
*Keep in mind that stats that apply to your troops are more effective than stats that apply to the enemy
*Type stats apply to both troops and titans ever since the titans were moved to the barracks
Stats to Focus on for Attacking
Lead accounts can include both solos and rallies. So you would have to prioritize based on which one you are aiming for. For instance, for solo attacks, none of the rally attack stats will apply to your hits. However, when you are rallying you need both solo attack and rally attack stats. The one thing that leads need to do is to make sure they can take a hit while their hero is out attacking!!
- Attack – Kill as many enemy troops as you can
- Health – Stay alive longer while doing so
- Type Attack – improve killing power of your troops and titans
- Type Health – keep the troops and titans alive longer
- Base Rally Attack – only adds more attack when you set a rally on a base
- Rally Attack – only applies when you have set a rally
- Rally Health – health that only applies when you set a rally
- Defense Debuff – reduces the amount of damage the enemy can withstand
- Attack Debuff – lots of defenders use attack as a priority stat to help kill more of your march, so why don’t you take that away from them?
Stats to Focus on for the Control Point
The Control Point is a beast all on its own. It takes a special type of person to be a top Control Point player. The Control Point requires a lot of attention to detail, and usually a maxed, or near maxed, account. Again, you also want to make sure that you can take hits without burning while your Commander is outside of your city and defending the Control Point.
- Attack – Kill as many enemy troops as you can
- Health – Stay alive longer while doing so
- Rally Attack/Health – When you are attacking the Control Point you use rally stats to build the attack and health
- Control Point Holding Health/Attack – these stats will improve the attack and the health when you are occupying the Control Point ONLY
- Rally Defense Bonus – additional defense that applies to your army when involved in a rally either on a base or a Control Point
- Debuffs to Enemy while Holding/Rallying the Control Point – these stats reduce the attack or health of the enemy at the Control Point.
*Keep in mind that all the stats are cumulative, and in a Control Point battle you need to get your stats as high as possible.
* Also remember that rallying the CP and attacking the CP require two totally different presets/skills/stats etc. We will go into this further in another part of the series
