Are you ready to head into battle? In Mobile Strike, the commander you use and the gear you wear are often essential. Recently, we have seen three new gear sets released in the Mech Dimension.
Mobile Strike gear can sometimes make or break your battle results, and it’s essential to know what’s available and how to use it. Keep reading to learn more about the three new gear sets released in November.
What Gear Was Released?
In November, we saw three new gear sets released. Each of these gear sets helps to strengthen a particular type stat. New gear sets consist of the following three sets:
- Nobunaga Gear Set
- Predator Commander Gear Set
- Mechanubis Gear Set
Why Do New Gear Sets Matter?
As the game has progressed, we have seen an emphasis on type stats. Because our Mech’s strengthen different types of troops, this gear is great to pair with your Mech type.
For example, pairing the Infantry Gear Set with the Inferno Mech. Type stats are essential in the Mech Dimension, and new gear sets will continue to strengthen your stats when you deploy your troops.
Nobunaga Gear Set
The Nobunaga Gear Set will enhance your Infantry Stats. This gear set should get paired with your Inferno Mech.
You will also get Enemy Armored Vehicle Armor Debuff with this gear set. This stat works to weaken the defense of your enemies Armored Vehicle troops. This makes it a great stat to add into a type gear.
As you’re attacking an opponent with a setup that focuses on Armored Vehicle stats, your Infantry Troops will be strong against them already; adding in the debuff simply weakens the troops you’re already attacking more.
The Details
You can see the stats associated with this new gear set in the table below.
Predator Commander’s Gear Set
The Predator Commander’s Gear Set will enhance your Armored Vehicle Stats. This gear set should get paired with your Terra Mech.
You will also get Enemy Tactical Armor Debuff with this gear set. This stat works to weaken the defense of your enemies Tactical troops. This makes it a great stat to add into a type gear.

Setting Up Battle
New gear is excellent for defense, attack, and Control Point players who are focusing on battles with type stats. However, before you start playing, there are some other factors you should consider in your setup.
If you’re already strengthening your troops through type stats, you should continue that focus on other elements of your setup.
Commander
Commander four and Commander one are great Commanders when it comes to type stats. If you are wearing your Predator Commander’s Gear set, you want to ensure that you skill for Armored Vehicle stats on the Commander you are using.
This will continue to make your type stats stronger. However, pay attention; remember that there are stats that strengthen certain functions and all of your troops. For example, At times, Commander One may be great for type stats; at other times, you may want to choose to use Commander three for Control Point and strengthen the Control Point stats because they are doing more at this point in time.
Insignia
Set up your Insignia for a combination of type stats and battle-specific stats. For example, if you are planning to defend with a Tactical setup, you can pair Tactical Insignia with Base Defender Insignia.
Once again, you want to keep in mind what Insignia you have and the stats on them. You don’t want to use a Tactical Insignia with super low stats if you have a Base Defender Insignia that is OP in comparison.
Serums
Serums are another place you can continue to enhance your type stats. Serums are a great little boost to your stats, and the fact that they are customizable makes them even better.
This is an easy place to boost type stats if you have the Test Tubes and Ingredients required.
Research
Research is a great place to get stats. While you can’t always pick and choose what stats you get because of needing to follow an order of progression within the Research Facility, it is something you need to continue plugging away at.
Try focusing on research with type stats first. If you are working on the new rewards research,, you can pick and choose what nodes you are completing. Focus on the troop types you use most often first.
Arsenal
The Arsenal is another great place to get some additional type stats to strengthen your gear. Check out the Munitions that will give you type stats below and pair them accordingly with the correct gear:
Mechs and War Machines
We already discussed which Mech’s to pair your new gear with above. However, you can also pair your War Machines with this new gear as well.
War Machines do not have type stats so just be sure to skill well for your specific playstyle.
Mods and Augments
Check your Mods and Augments for the latest ones you have. Do they have type stats? Are the type stats going to strengthen you more than the other Mods or Augments you have?
If so, be sure to pair your chosen gear with the appropriate type stats.
