The landscape of Mobile Strike continues to change and evolve. With the newest release, we are seeing some changes to combat that make things a little more interesting in the Mech Dimension.
The ApeX has been released. With the ApeX we will see a variety of skills that can help players at a variety of levels. If you want to learn more about the new Mobile Strike Mech Dimension ApeX, keep reading.
Meet the ApeX
The ApeX is a new feature in Mobile Strike, released just in time for Halloween, this technology can be paired with your Mech to help boost your base stats. The ApeX is classified as a “War Machine.”
With this classification, you will find that your ApeX lives in a different home than your Mech’s. You will find your ApeX in the War Machine Factory.
War Machine Factory
Good news! The War Machine Factory comes unlocked with a level 1 ApeX. You do not have to worry about leveling up this building or unlocking it.
You will find your War Machine Factory below your Command Post and Titan Factory. It is also just to the left and a little below your Master Supply Depot.
Enter the War Machine Factory
When you open your War Machine Factory, if you’ve been playing the Mech Dimension for a long time, the landscape will look very familiar. It looks similar to what you would see in the Mech Station before the Inferno, Hydro, and Terra Mechs joined the game.
On the first page, you will see your War Machine, the ApeX. Here you can see the HP of the War Machine and where you have skill points allocated. You can also see the stat rating and current level.
Below the current level is where you will go to level up the ApeX.
If you go to the building tab you will simply see the max level of the War Machine Factory, there are not many details to be seen here as currently, the building maxes at level one.
At level one, you are given a War Machine Deployment size of one, a War Machine rally size of four, and a War Machine reinforcement capacity of five.
The final tab you will see is your “skills” tab. This tab is where you will access your skills. You will see a “skill preset” however, this is not available for use yet. You will also see a “Reset Skills.” Skill resets for the ApeX are free.
ApeX Leveling
To level up your ApeX, you will need ApeX Level Up Artifacts (Level 1-50). We have started collecting early costs for leveling up. As usual, these costs are community gathered. If you are able to help add to them or any are incorrect, please let us know.
ApeX Skills
The ApeX Skills tree looks like a Commander skills tree. Your ApeX currently maxes at level 50. The stats we will list here are the stats for a maxed ApeX that is fully skilled for that particular node.
When skilling your ApeX. the cost starts at one skill point per level; however, the skill point cost does begin to increase as your skill to higher levels. Be sure to choose your skills wisely.
ApeX Stats
There are two stats that apply specifically to our ApeX. These stats are going to impact two different factors on your ApeX.
- ApeX Repair Speed – This skill is going to help your ApeX repair at a faster speed (Max: 100%)
- ApeX Count – This skill is going to increase your HP count on your ApeX HP bar (Max: 2,195,000)
While there are other skills that are tied into your ApeX, these skills are going to also be combat stats.
General Troop Stats
These stats are going to be troop stats. Your troop attack, defense, and health that apply in a variety of situations.
- Regular Troop Attack (Max: 249,000%)
- Regular Troop Health (Max: 166,600%)
- Regular Troop Defense (Max: 306,900%)
- Troop Attack (Max: 166,000%)
- Troop Health (Max: 111,000%)
- Troop Defense (Max: 204,600%)
Your regular troop’s stats are going to exclude Advanced and Mercenary troops. While your other general combat stats will apply to your regular, advanced, and mercenary troops. This should create an interesting power dynamic amongst the troops.
ApeX General Troop Stats
These skills are going to specifically play into the strength of your ApeX. Due to how new this release is, there is still more knowledge and testing needed around these skills.
- ApeX Attack (Max: 249,000%)
- ApeX Health (Max: 166,600%)
- ApeX Defense (Max: 306,900%)
These skills will apply in all combat situations.
Attacker Stats
Your attacker stats on the ApeX will fall into two categories. You will have your normal base assault stats, but you will also have ApeX base assault stats.
- Base Assault Troop Attack (Max: 374,000%)
- Base Assault Troop Health (Max: 250,000%)
- Base Assault Troop Defense (Max: 460,000%)

These stats apply only when attacking other bases.
Control Point Stats
Control Point players also get a great stat boost from the ApeX. You will see stats for defending and attacking Control Point. Just like the attacker stats, you will see your normal Control Point stats and your ApeX Control Point Stats.
- Control Point Rally Troop Attack (Max: 374,000%) (Use when Attacking Control Point)

- Control Point Defender ApeX Health (Max: 374,850%) (Use when defending Control Point)
- Control Point Defender ApeX Troop Attack (Max: 560,250%) (Use when defending Control Point)
There are a lot of stats in the ApeX that are specifically for defending Control Point.
Defender Stats
We don’t see as many defender-specific stats in the ApeX. However, they are available and will be a help.
- Base Defender ApeX Attack (Max: 560,250%)
- Base Defender ApeX Health (Max: 374,850%)
- Base Defender ApeX Defense (Max: 690,525%)
These stats only apply to your ApeX when it’s defending your base.
Debuffs
Finally, we have debuffs. These stats will apply specifically to your troops.
- Combat Shielding (Max: 133,000%)
- Accuracy (Max: 88,900%)
- Armor Piercing (Max: 163,700%)
Healing ApeX
When your ApeX heads into combat and attacks or defends, you will lose HP. We are familiar with this concept due to our Mechs. Just like our Mechs, you will need to either allow your ApeX time to heal or use an ApeX Instant Repair to heal your ApeX.
ApeX Playstyles
The ApeX is great for every playstyle. It has stats for defenders, attackers, and control point players. When you are skilling ensure that you utilize the skills that best support your playstyle.
While the general combat stats are great for all types of players, other stats are specifically for other playstyles. There are still many unknowns about the ApeX; however, these basics should get you started and we will be bringing you more information as we learn how to use these new War Machines to their fullest.
