Master Supply Depot Level 100
The new master supply depot level is important for several reasons.
First, the building boosts when leveled is enough to help boost your base for both attack and defense:
Secondly, Mobile Strike had released some new features attached to this building. This will help you get the most out of your gear set bonuses. It will also free up some space for new gear in your inventory.
Permanent Gear Set Bonus
Permanent gear set bonus is now available on your base but only after you level the Master Supply Buildings up to 100.
After you reach level 100 this bonus will take effect. So let’s look at how this works and some basic things it will and will not do.
Breaking Gear Basics
First, You can break any gear in your inventory and still retain the set bonus’ on your gear.
Let’s look at this:
Go into the Nuclear forge on your base.
Then look at the set gear bonus’
Next look at the bonus’ on the individual gear sets. Anything in green is active.
Anything white is not active.
When cyber was released, way back when, mobile strike changed the way the gear worked.
Limited Storage
Pre-Cyber you had to actively be wearing the gear to get the effects of the stats attached to it. After cyber was released this was changed. Now if you own the gear you get the effects whether you are wearing the gear or not. BUT you had to keep the heat pieces – 1 main gear piece and 3 accessories for each set or you would lose the set bonus.
The storage is limited so each time a new gear piece was released you had to go in the base and delete an item to add a new item because inventory was full. It was difficult at times choosing which gear boost you wanted to trade for a new gear boost.
New Options
Since adding more storage was not an option, Mobile Strike has given us the ability to break these items to add new pieces and KEEP THE broken gear effects in or stats.
I will repeat this:
Anything active (in green) when you reach level 100 you can break and retain the bonus in the nuclear forge for that gear piece on set bonuses.
That is Good News for the whole community.
Key Questions
Let’s look at some obvious questions concerning this change in the Master Supply Depot.
Is Gear Maxed or Missing from Set?
What If your gear set is not maxed but you have pieces in that gear set? My advice is to add those pieces and obtain the gear set bonus before you break any of the gear in the unmaxed gear set.
If the bonus is not green look in the gear section and see if you have any of missing gear unopened and if you have the materials needed to max out that set before breaking anything you have in the set currently.
For example:
This base is missing the gear bonus for the haste set.
Check the gear and see if you have the materials to make the gear and check-in your items to see if you own the gear but just haven’t opened it yet.
You can look in the set details to get a complete list of gear pieces, remember you only need a few pieces not entire set for most gear set bonuses.
Try to add the highest level possible (see chart below) and max the gear level.
Once you have the bonus active and do not need the gear you can break the gear if your Master Supply Depot is at level 100.
Broken Regrets?
But what if you break a piece of gear and then you would like to remake it and use it, what will happen to the bonus? If you broke a level higher than you remake you do not lose that level. Even if you remake a lower level gear piece you will still retain the higher level bonus. So if you broke a level 6 and remake a level 2 you still have the level 6 bonus. But if you break a level 4 and remake a level 2 it will only still be a level 4 unless you upgrade the level 2 gear piece to above 4.
Apply Retroactively?
What if your base had the gear last week or last year and it was broken or dismantled, do I have that level back? No, it does not apply retroactively. Anything you broke or dismantled before the master Supply Depot was level 100 will not have any previous set bonus attached to that gear when depot reaches level 100. It will not be part of your current bonuses that are active. If you remake or add the piece from items it will only have the current value not any past level value in bonus stats.
Conclusion
Hopefully, I have helped you understand the Master Supply Depot level 100 and the new permanent gear set bonuses.
